7 powerful projects were selected for our 1st Edition — 4 fiction and 3 documentary — all led by women from displaced and migrant backgrounds.

Representing Ukraine, Brazil, Lebanon, Indonesia, China, India, and Poland, these filmmakers explore displacement, identity and belonging through a diverse range of genres and cinematic styles.

Each project has been developed through 4 months of mentorship and is equipped with a professional pitch deck and a refined verbal pitch from our London Live Pitch Event.

Full project details and pitch decks are available upon request. For industry inquiries, please contact: info@labfilms.co.uk

With gratitude to our partners and supporters
